Kanji has DAMAGE, and health. And that's it. He gets shut down hard by zoning-type characters, and Mitsuru just curb-stomps Kanji if the player knows what to do.
Also, that was an Awakened Super, Counter Hit WITH Negative Penalty on Yukiko. Who doesn't have a whole lot of health to begin with. I don't think he's broken, you just gotta play smart around Kanji so you don't eat command throw mix-ups the entire match.
